2004-2007
Set up the 1st factory

During the period,we set up the first own factory for ceramic wall tiles.

We found the first factory named Fuzhou HY Ceramic in 2007, only 1 production line at first, and daily output was around 9,000 square meters.

In 2010, we set up the 2nd production line, the daily output was increased to 15,000 square meters. Most tiles were exported to European countries. The common products were as below:

  • super white & gloss or matt
  • engoble surface
  • pure colors
  • 15x15, 20x20, 20x30, 25x33, 25x40cm
2013-2018
Set up the 2nd factory

During the period,we set up the second own factory for wall and floor tiles.

Because the limit of production capacity and increasing quantity of exporting, We found the second factory named Fuzhou OYA Ceramic in 2013, it has 2 production lines, and daily output can be around 20,000 square meters. In the new factory, we can produce subway tiles and porcelain floor tiles.

In 2017, we set up the 3rd production line, the daily output was increased to 28,000 square meters.

Most tiles were exported to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, South Africa & some other areas. The common products were as below

  • pure colors & inkjet designs
  • 7.5x15, 7.5x30, 10x10, 10x20, 10x30, 10x40, 5x20cm

  • 30x60, 60x60, 80x80 floor tiles
2018-NOW
Management of 2 factories & exporting departments

During the period, we develop new products and promote them

In order to meet the requirements of market, We set up the 4th production line in 2018, daily output was increased to 35,000 square meters again.

Factory keep stocks for most gloss & matt white tiles, also some common colors too, so as to arrange fast shipment for clients once they confirm the orders.

We attended many exhibitions every year such as Coverings, DESIGNBUILD, SAIE, EDIFICA....

Most tiles were exported to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, Chile, Colombia, Argentina & some other areas. The common products were as below
